The opportunity tracking tool utilizes a sophisticated machine learning algorithm in order to be able to track opportunity-related email correspondence across multiple email conversations. The purpose is to automatically identify the opportunity for a selected email, archive the email to the opportunity record and present information relevant to that opportunity to assist users to quickly identify the CRM context for each email.
